Our saunas are handcrafted in Spruce Grove, Alberta, just outside Edmonton.
You can pick up your sauna kit or fully assembled unit for free at our warehouse in Spruce Grove. Please bring a trailer large enough for a forklift to load and tie-downs to secure the sauna. For Edmonton and surrounding areas, we offer delivery for sauna kits or fully assembled saunas for $150 and option for us to assemble on-site for $500. For locations further in Alberta, email us for a quote. For North American shipments, we use third-party carriers to deliver the sauna crates via tailgate lift trucks to your driveway. Please email us to verify delivery availability.
Our heaters come with a one-year manufacturer warranty. We do not accept returns on used barrels but are happy to troubleshoot any issues. Since our saunas are made from natural wood, occasional cracking or breakages can occur, and we’ll provide replacement pieces if needed.
It takes about 2–3 hours to assemble the barrel and 1–2 hours to install a wood-fired heater. For electric heaters, a certified electrician must complete the heater installation.
Orders are typically ready for pick-up or shipping after 2–4 weeks.
